Matching, Not a Direct Service Agreement

Denver Home EV Charger is a lead-matching service — submitting a form on this site is a request to be matched with a licensed network electrician, not a service agreement with Denver Home EV Charger itself. Any actual electrical work is governed by the agreement between you and the electrician performing the work, which takes precedence over any general description on this website.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Denver Home EV Charger is not liable for the work performed by network electricians, who operate as independent licensed contractors, nor for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Colorado law.
