Complaints Policy

We want every homeowner matched through our network to have a good experience, from the quote through the completed installation. If you have a concern about a network electrician's work, communication, or pricing, we want to hear about it directly.

How to File a Complaint

Contact us through our Contact page or by phone and describe the issue, including the electrician you were matched with, your city, and the date of service. Please include any relevant details — photos of the completed work are especially helpful for installation concerns.

What Happens Next

We aim to acknowledge complaints within one business day. Because network electricians operate as independent contractors, resolving work-quality concerns typically involves us following up directly with the electrician on your behalf; a serious or repeated complaint affects whether that electrician continues receiving leads from us.

Our Commitment

We take complaints seriously because the value of this network depends on the electricians in it actually delivering licensed, code-compliant work. If a job didn't match what was quoted or promised, tell us and we'll follow up.
